New Orleans is most famous for its Cajun and creole recipe. If you want to have a New Orleans party, you can follow this delicious crawfish Cajun recipe and let your friends in on the fun. To get things in a much better theme, you can also throw in some jazz music.

Cajun Crawfish
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. large Crayfish Tails, washed and peeled
- Lime Wedges
- 1 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix crawfish with lime juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper, salt, and thyme. Sprinkle over crawfish mixture. Toss to coat well.
- Heat a large skillet with a non-stick cooking spray. Add crawfish, cook for 3 minutes or until crawfish turn pink.
- Spoon onto serving dish. Cover and chill for an hour.
- Garnish the crawfish Cajun recipe with lemon wedges before serving.
